The first FIWARE Summit will kick-off a new stage for our open Community. It will gather developers, users, companies, cities, accelerators, researchers, public authorities and non-profit organizations in 3-day event. At the FIWARE Summit, our contributors and partners will engage, meet each other, learn about the potential and promote the adoption of the FIWARE technology. FIWARE is moving forward, going global. Together, we build FIWARE!
The summit will have three main tracks: COMMUNITY, DEVELOPERS and CONFERENCE that will take place in a parallel fashion.
For the Developers track, there is a detailed DEVELOPER’S agenda with three parallel sessions that will present specialized “how-to” technical sessions and a Developers’ Primer.
For the CONFERENCE track, there will be focused on the current situation of FIWARE as a product & the positioning strategy related to the three main verticals: Smart Cities, Agrifood and Industry/Manufacturing. Different panels will be presenting the strategy of the different lines of activity around FIWARE: Mundus, iHubs and the Accelerator Programmes. Among which, two panels will be focusing on the support of the FIWARE Adoption as “de-facto” standard, with the participation of the OASC initiative, TM Forum, IES-CITY and GSMA.
For the Community track, a round of internal meetings, open to everyone, are planned for the COMMUNITY during the first day.
