    Cristian Leorin

    Adjunct Professor
    Cristian is an adjunct Professor at University of Padua and at University of Modena-Reggio Emilia where he teaches and conducts courses on “Assistive Technology and Speech Language Pathology” and “Augmentative and Alternative Communication.” In the last 10 years, he also provided consulting services to non-profit and public organizations (European Commission, Minister of Health and Regional and Local health Department) involved in developing new services and technologies to improve the quality of life, health and autonomy of individuals (especially elderly, people with disabilities, social disadvantage). Moreover he is an external expert, evaluator and Reviewer of research proposal - Horizon2020 et al. He is the President of Novilunio onlus, a non-profit association dedicated to inspiring culture change in the care of people with dementia and their families. In collaboration with medical institutions and industry partners, Novilunio also designs and develops experimental projects that promote the adoption of assistive technologies and home modifications.
