The training plan will be implemented during the two-years of the project lifecycle through a cascade training model, where a core group of trainers are trained with the most up to date FIWARE technologies and then they will in turn train a selected group of developers, integrators and software and hardware contributors, including the FIWARE open source community. As a result, a network of 400-600 competent stakeholders engaged with FIWARE technology in Mexico will join the FIWARE community during the project lifecycle.

This network of trainers, developers, integrators and contributors will propagate the use of FIWARE technologies in Mexico and thus put the basis for a long-term EU-Mexico collaboration in FIWARE.
